According to my experience in leadership, I think that it is important for every leader to be humble, commanding, disciplined, adjustable, flexible, approachable, situational, transformational, considerate, forgiving, humane, and knowledgeable. Every leader must try to be a subject matter expert in the field in which the leader might be leading. There has to be a way found out by every leader to ensure that knowledge is gained and applied by learning from followers and peers in the workplace. There must be discipline in the ways of working and upholding the culture of the organization. the leader must try to do such things only which can be considered to be followed by the followers to become leaders in future.
